Mammut 8mm Alpine Dry Half Rope

Previously called the Phoenix, Mammut have stripped their ropes of names and offered up a simplified diameter and intended use system of titles for their ropes. As the name suggests this is an 8mm diameter half rope that is dry treated and ready for alpine escapades! It comes in 4 slightly old school looking colours, mix and match at your will.

8mm is a great size for saving weight, a pair of 50's only weights about 4.2kg, about the same as a single 9.5mm 70m rope.
