New Site & V12 Loyalty Scheme
Our new site; she's pretty but still in need of some TLC
We've been slaving away in secret on our new site. It has taken a year and to our relief we are now live and hopefully working! There are always going to be issues with a new site and with so many products. We're constantly tinkering, checking and double checking everything is working (when we're not too busy fitting rocks shoes and telling people off for bad footwork)! We'll more than likely miss some little things so we want to hear what you think. If you have any feedback please drop us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you're one of our existing customers you'll find that you can't log in in with your old details, this is because we are yet to migrate all of your details over. If you're after ordering something now, it's best if you sign up again and create a new password (this will be the case even when your details have been moved as we can't migrate your passwords).

V12 Outdoor Loyalty Scheme Terms & Conditions
***PLEASE NOTE*** The Loyalty Scheme is currently frozen whilst we wrap our heads around how to make it workable on the new site. Current members will have their remaining points and a proportional amount of their joining fee refunded as a voucher to spend online or in the store. Sorry for any inconvenience.
The V12 Loyalty Schemes reward customers with points for purchases. There are two levels of membership, standard is free and gives you 5% loyalty points on purchases, while the premier membership is £25 per annum and offers 10% loyalty points on purchases, free postage to the UK mainland, a free exclusive V12 Golden Ultra O Snapgate carabiner from DMM and more besides.
All memberships are valid for a period of a year but any points you still have are kept for a further year after your membership runs out, so if you rejoin within that year they are still there for you to use! Another no brainer we think.
How can you earn and spend your points?
Points will be awarded according to membership level; 5% for standard, 10% for Premier. Points awarded will be calculated on the selling price and rounded down to the nearest pound. The current redemption value of points is one point equals one pence. V12 Outdoor reserves the right to vary the rate at any time. The loyalty points are non-transferable and can only be used by the person whose name is on the account. V12 Outdoor's loyalty scheme can be used in-store and on the web. On busy days in the shop we reserve the right to refuse redemption at the till. The V12 Outdoor loyalty points scheme is only for personal use and may not be used for any commercial or business use i.e. for resale or clubs, centres or institutions. The schemes cannot be used in conjunction with any other personal discounts such as Student Clubs, BMC,MTA, AMI..etc. V12 Outdoor points cannot be transferred, sold or in any way traded. Certain lines may be excluded from the scheme at our discretion. Where points are redeemed, further loyalty points will only be awarded on the remaining balance once the redeemed points have been deducted. We may run promotions from time to time offering double loyalty points!
Points on Returns:
V12 Outdoor shall be entitled at any time to cancel points awarded if the relevant products to which such award relates are returned or cancelled for any reason and a refund/credit of the purchase price is given or if the relevant products are exchanged for other products, unless such exchange is for products with an equivalent points value. If you do decide to return a product we will deduct the points earned from your account. If you return an order which you bought with points we will refund your points. Where the relevant products are exchanged for products of a lower points value, we shall be entitled to remove the difference. If you return all of an order which you bought part points and part other method of payment we will refund both the cash and points. Points will be valid for the duration of your membership; 1 year from the date you joined. An e-mail will be sent to the registered e-mail address one month before the expiration of your account to inform you of your points total and the upcoming expiry date. Once your membership expires any unused points will be held on the system for a period of 1 year. If you re-join the V12 loyalty scheme at the same level you previously held, at any time within the period of a year after the expiration of your last membership, your points will be e-instated.
V12 Outdoor reserves the right, at any time without notice, to: (a) terminate the scheme; (b) decline to issue loyalty points; and (c) on reasonable grounds, withdraw or cancel loyalty points, or to alter or amend the conditions of operation of the V12 Outdoor oyalty points scheme. Reasonable grounds include (i) any abuse or attempted abuse of the scheme, or (ii) ny use or attempted use of loyalty points in a manner which is contrary to these terms and conditions or (iii) any reasonable suspicion of dishonesty on the part of a member in connection with the scheme. V12 Outdoor reserves the right to remove any member from the scheme at any time if suspected to be in breach of any rules stated above.
