Platypus Cleanstream/GravityWorks Replacement Filter

This particular replacement filter was for the original Cleanstream filtration system now superceded by the GravityWorks system but all hose connectors are universal so this will have you good to glug with a pocket full of change!

The filter is effective down to .2 microns and meets EPA Guide Standards for the removal of bacteria and protozoa. The approximate filter life is 1500L depending on the quality of water filtered.

If you have a couple of Platypus resevoirs you can create your own gravity filtration system by marking one dirty and popping this nifty little system between the two! The filter will process 4 litres in 2 and a half minutes so this system is far from a gimmick providing clean, drinkable water when you really need it.
