The G14 is another excellent hybrid crampon. These really make life easy, with fierce hot-forged front sections combined with low profile, easily adjustable rear sections, saving us having to reach for the tool kit on a busy day. As with much of the Grivel range, they are fully customisable. Is that a word? Won the Climbing Magazine's Editor's Choice Award in 2004.
