Papa Smurf!	Pete V12 Outdoors manager, Pete has been around a bit! What I mean to say by that is, he is our most senior member of staff! Born to find out the true meaning of the word 'Deal', Pete still spends the majority of his time trying to work out great deals for the shop. Reps fear him ringing, the rest of us fear the articulated lorry of goods that will follow the call! His historical climbing knowledge is faultless, if you want advice on where to go, Pete's your man. He now explores the mountains from the saddle of his bike.
Wrong!	Gareth V12 Outdoors website manager, Gareth has a good relationship with computers, as long as they do what he wants! Unable to find anything on Google, he has also been known to take a piece of 3 x 2 to a computer! Come to think of it, is he really the best choice for dealing with the Website? Paraglides when the weather allows, rock climbs, runs, takes photos and films. What a life!
Crying!	Jack V12 Outdoors calming influence. Hardly ever flaps about anything, unless assaulted by the afore mentioned! Jack is one of our two main men on the shop floor, has great product knowledge and can tell you anything you want to know about bouldering in the area. Jack has been known to tie a rope on every now and then but he generally ends up crying at the end of it all! Bouldering is his game, currently working his way through the local test pieces.
Nice Shirt!	Jim Big Guns Jim is our other main man on the shop floor and another stableing influence. An easy manner, great product knowledge desguise a beast when it comes to the rock. You wouldn't want to be a crimp when Jim gets hold of you! Into bouldering, sport routes and running, trad has now started to call to him over the last few years.
Booooom stance!	Bertie Bertie comes from the land down under, well the west country anyway! He prides himself on his near perfect abysmal fashion sense, which he seems to achieve on a stunningly regular basis! Rock Climbing, Ice Climbing, Snowboarding, Longboarding if it's got an 'ing' on the end Bertie probably does it! The enthusiasm of youth, a real dynamo when you get him going.
Boss!	Janet is the brains of the operation (hence no photo actually exists).She sits in the office sifting through our vast mountains of cash (We wish), paying bills and more importantly paying our wages - Hoorah for Janet. She may look harmless enough, but she does get very cross when we do things wrong. Which unfortunately for us is quite often!
Take That!	Keith Keith hales from greener shores ie. Ireland. Always with a smile and the quick Irish wit, you'll be hard pressed to get him flustered. Unless of course you're trying to rush him climbing, then.... well it's carnage! Very knowledgable and always happy to share it.
Mollidramatic!	Molli Molli is another one of our part time assistants, also a ray of sunshine who you can normally hear laughing or screaming long before you see her. Knows a lot more than she thinks, quite shy for the 1st 30 seconds. Gets dragged around the mountains by her father, should really be in acting!
